Hello Dawn,
This is Christine Devine, my husband Jeff bought a black pug from you (as a surprise for me). He told me you wanted to know how things were going so I thought I would drop you a line. I don't know who TOBY's parents are, but they taught him well
.
He was the fastest on
potty training, and he is the best walker. He goes
outside does his business and come back in.
He has very nice manners. . . He is also our loudest
puppy. In the morning when he heres our
door open he barks untill you let him out. It is the same
with the front door as well.
He is a cute little scaredy cat. Any sudden noice makes
him jump. . . He doesn't like the
vaccum (niether do my other two). All in all he is doing
well, and is very handsome, I must say.
Take care, and let me know whenever you want an update
and pictures. I'll be glad to send them!
Best Wishes,
Christine E Devine North Lauderdale, Florida

Sincerely,Jessica Spainhour

Hi Dawn,
We wanted to thank you for our wonderful puppy. Vet said he was 100%
perfect! He is an absolute joy! We had a houseful for a family wedding and
he did not miss a beat; he is a perfect fun loving EASY going little guy!
Here are some cute pictures.
Anyway, thanks so much and feel free to use us as a reference. The vet
thought your paperwork was very professional and some of the best records he
has received!
Thanks,
Brenda Frongillo

Hi
Dawn,
I am wondering what puppies you will have
available around May 5. We are getting married that weekend, and my soon to be
mother-in-law is possibly interested in getting puppy when she’s in NC. She
just loves Izzy! Please let me know if you will have any available – preferably
maltipoos, and especially any related to
Izzy.

Dawn,
I thought I would show you
the “intro email” that I sent out to some friends. Chloe is doing very well.
(that is the name that Santa picked out for her). She has taken everything all
in stride. No signs of an upset tummy, eating and drinking well, etc. The kids
love her; as well as Jerry and I. I do wish that I could have talked Jerry into
getting one of her siblings for her to have for company, but he just wouldn’t go
for it. He might would have if we didn’t already have the Bullmastiff. Today
is Chloe’s first day at home by herself, so we will see how that goes. One
other funny thing; the cocktiel now makes whimpering/whining noises that sound
JUST LIKE CHLOE. Too funny !!!!!
I will keep you up to date on
how she is doing and send pics……
Thanks again,
Lorie
HAPPY NEW YEAR
!!!!!
Hi
Everyone,
My name is Chloe. I came to live with the Chavers on Christmas Eve. I am seven weeks old (as of this past Monday (12/31)) and I weigh a whopping 1 lb. 10 oz. Don’t let my size fool you though, I am a pistol !! Mommy says that I am so rotten that I stink !!
Hey Dawn-
Just thought I would send you a few updated pictures of “JL1” –Bear. He looks so much like the teddy bear that we had bought him, the name just stuck. You nailed it with the spunky description! We love it! He is a real lovey too. We have just about conquered the house training thing with positive reinforcement. We bought these mini reward treats at the pet store, cut them in half, and he gets one and praise every time he pees or poops outside. Also, limiting his space most of the time to the family room and the kitchen helps too. Once he is 99% trustworthy he can have run of the whole house. He has on average of about 2 accidents a day which isn’t bad for 13 weeks old. The longest we have left him is 3 ½ hours. He does great in the play pen. He slept the first two nights in the play pen, waking every 1 ½ hours. The third night we put him in the bed with us, and he slept from 11pm-7am.(OMG!) I’ll give you one guess where he is every night. Our lab has warmed up to him. She was very scared of hurting him at first, she would stand like a board, looking at us like “what have ya’ll done.” The cat and Bear play many times every day until the cat gets to tough and we have to break them up. Eveready battery……Bear. A couple of the pictures are from his first trip to Topsail Beach last week. He loved it! He got a vaccine today.. and he will get 1+rabies in three weeks then we are done for a while. He weighed 3lbs. today. He has one ear that stands up straight and one ear that tries to flop. I just love his color. As soon as he gets all of his vaccines we will take a puppy class and get groomed for the first time. I would love to see a picture of his mom some time.
Thanks-
Melanie Philips

I took the one of him asleep on the ottoman, I looooove that picture. As you can tell from the pictures, he is just living the hard life.
Thanks-
Melanie

Hey Dawn-
Bear is just fine! He got his 16wk shots last week, graduated from puppy preschool, and stayed home overnight by himself for the first time. He weighed 4.2 lbs last Wednesday/17wks old. I will send some photos soon. He had his first groom about 3 weeks ago, and the groomer said that if she could draw a picture of a yorkipoo, he is what she would imagine. He definitely has the yorkie ears. His coat seems to becoming a little more silky. Very low maintenance. He is a sweetie. His favorite thing to do is dig for moles in the back yard and play with the cat. He and the cat play all the time. So far I am extremely pleased with my puppy. He has a great disposition and seems to be thriving.
Melanie
This is Bear now, 18wks old 4.2lbs. What a cutie! Dixie is his big sister, she will be 11 in November.

Hi Dawn,
My name is Josh. My girlfriend Maria
and I bought a little pup from you last year. She is now a year old and a
wonderful dog. I couldn't imagine our home without her. She has the best
personality, she compliments our other dob very well. I'm very sorry we haven't
kept in touch, but i've got a link at the bottom to see puppy pics and here is a
picture of her recently.
Thanks so much and you really do make great
puppies.
Josh

Hello Dawn,
My husband and I got Chansi(blue doberman) from you in sept 2006. She is now 1 1/2 yrs old, she is a great watch dog she don't miss a thing. She enjoys playing with our hushies. She is mainly a outside dog but when she does come in she lays in the bed all day. Here are some pictures of her if you would like to see more we have LOTS she is our baby.
We are looking forward to getting a male doberman from you soon.

Hi Dawn,
Little Miss Lexie is doing great (we're calling her Lexie) and our
cockapoo, Millie, loves her too. She's adorable and has so much
personality. We got an exercise pen today for her and we already had
a crate. I wanted to ask if there is any leeway on the 3 business
days for the vet? The first available appt. was on Monday. I'm
taking her in at 8:30 that morning. I'm sure she'll check out
beautifully, but just thought I'd ask to be on the safe side. Let me
know. Thanks, Anne
Hi Dawn, She checked out beautifully at the vet. She's a doll - and
a feisty little thing! She and our cockapoo, Millie, love to wrestle
and Chloe (that's the final name!) doesn't hold back. She's doing
better with the potty training. We're crating her most of the time
and at night with lots of time out for play in the evening. We'll
send some pics soon. Thanks, Anne
| Thank you. We named our yorki-chon Gracie May. She is hilarious and
full of life. Recently, our oldest dog past away; it's weird but she reminds us
of him in things she does such as sitting on our feet just as he did. Gracie has
been a wonderful addition to our family. Keep in touch. Kristen |

| Gracie May is something else. She plays with every toy in our
house and cant stand when we pick them up and put them away. From day one she
has slept in the bed at night, she's wonderful. Our oldest dog Buster recently
past away and it's amazing how much she reminds us of him. Gracie gets along
very well with our other dog and cat; they chase each other around the house.
It's funny when we take her outside because she copies everything our other dog
does, when Niki stops, she stops, Niki pees, so does she- it's hilarious. We
have enjoyed every moment with our new family member which wouldn't have been
possible without you. Thank you! -Kristen & Family |

Updated pictures of Gidget the Morkie:

Otherwise, I guess she is doing good. Because I have never owned a dog before it is kind of hard for me to judge. It seems like she likes to pee alot. You take her out and she goes, and then fifteen minutes later she is going in the house. UGH!!!! I have been finding all kinds of presents, if you know what I mean......and am now trying to figure out how to get her house trained. WOW!!! What an adventure. Any advise is greatly appreciated, since you specialize in yorkies...and have way more expertise than I do.

Chloe as a puppy.Hi Dawn, Just a quick email to tell you what an adorable cutie pie
Chloe is! She is feisty and full of personality, smart, and learns
really quickly. She and Millie (our cockapoo) LOVE each other and
play all day. We have a gate up between our mudroom and playroom
that Millie can jump over but Chloe can't, so Millie can "escape" for
a little down time when she needs a break from the puppy. Chloe
loves being outdoors and she and Millie lounge in our two Adirondack
chairs all the time (she has an invisible fence collar on all the
time - she also learned really quickly when we trained her for the
fence). Everyone who comes over absolutely falls in love with her.
For Halloween, she dressed up as a firefighter and Millie was a
devil. Hahaha!
Chloe also loves to play in her water dish - hopefully she'll outgrow
that little game before too much longer!
I'll try to get my daughter to download some photos so I can send you
some. Thanks!

This is his wild side. He hates getting a bath but this is right after he got one and I blowed his hair dry. He is a mess.

This is a picture taken by my sister in law when he stayed at her house while we was at the beach. He only likes a few people that has really worked to earn his trust.

Another one of him being silly.
