wishes to have their new puppy or current adult dog micro-chipped
(even if you did not purchase the puppy or dog from us).

Deposits
are accepted and are non-refundable unless puppy is deemed unhealthy to
be placed in its new home, but are transferable to another puppy. If another puppy is unavailable, then
